Ot\u00e1zkou je, kde vznikol prv\u00fd historick\u00fd z\u00e1rodok? Spolo\u010dne sa vr\u00e1time o nieko\u013eko stoviek rokov sp\u00e4\u0165. Dokonca ani meno vyn\u00e1lezcu nen\u00e1jdeme v historick\u00fdch prame\u0148och. Preto <strong>prvotn\u00fa p\u00e1sov\u00fa dopravu<\/strong> spojen\u00fa s v\u00fdrobn\u00fdm procesom datujeme z poh\u013eadu vzniku do obdobia rozvoja technol\u00f3gi\u00ed nepretr\u017eitej v\u00fdroby a prv\u00fdch v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edch remeseln\u00fdch dieln\u00ed.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>P\u00f4vodn\u00fd vzh\u013ead a funk\u010dnos\u0165?\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">V jednoduchosti je sila. Z\u00e1kladom bol <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jvmmetal.cz\/dopravnikove-pasy\/\">dopravn\u00edkov\u00fd p\u00e1s<\/a><\/strong> vyroben\u00fd z ko\u017ee alebo gumy a dreven\u00e1 kon\u0161trukcia. Pri poh\u013eade na dne\u0161n\u00e9 oce\u013eov\u00e9 kon\u0161trukcie je to ve\u013ek\u00fd nepomer. Modern\u00e1 doba si vy\u017eadovala r\u00fdchly pokrok a odolnos\u0165 materi\u00e1lov. V\u00fdsledkom je <strong>mas\u00edvna automatiz\u00e1cia<\/strong> v\u0161etk\u00fdch procesov v\u00fdroby.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Industrializ\u00e1cia<\/span><b> a ve\u013ek\u00fd prelom v priemysle\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ve\u013ek\u00fd prelom nast\u00e1va v polovici 18. storo\u010dia. Priemysel sa stal ve\u013ekou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou rozvoja \u013eudsk\u00e9ho spolo\u010denstva. V Anglicku prebiehala industrializ\u00e1cia a dopravn\u00e9 p\u00e1sy sa stali d\u00f4le\u017eitou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou v\u00fdrobn\u00fdch z\u00e1vodov. Pod\u013ea dostupn\u00fdch z\u00e1znamov (nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 tvrdi\u0165 s presnos\u0165ou) bol prv\u00fd dopravn\u00fd p\u00e1s uveden\u00fd do prev\u00e1dzky <strong>v roku 1804<\/strong> britsk\u00fdm n\u00e1morn\u00edctvom. Okrem arm\u00e1dy na\u0161li nov\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie ve\u013ek\u00e9 vyu\u017eitie napr\u00edklad aj u pek\u00e1rov, ktor\u00ed chceli <strong>skr\u00e1ti\u0165 \u010das<\/strong>\u00a0v\u00fdroby a by\u0165 viac <strong>efekt\u00edvni<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Mont\u00e1\u017ena linka a dopravn\u00fd p\u00e1s\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Kto sa stal prv\u00fdm predstavite\u013eom p\u00e1sovej v\u00fdroby a mont\u00e1\u017enej linky? Ur\u010dite sa v\u00e1m v podvedom\u00ed vybav\u00ed meno Henry Ford, sl\u00e1vny automobilov\u00fd priemyseln\u00edk a inov\u00e1tor. To je ale myln\u00e1 predstava. Tou spr\u00e1vnou postavou bol <strong>Ransom Eli Olds<\/strong>. Zakladate\u013e zna\u010dky <em>Oldsmobile<\/em>. Predlo\u017eil n\u00e1vrh na<strong> mont\u00e1\u017enu linku<\/strong> a v roku <strong>1901<\/strong> bol jeho n\u00e1vrh patentovan\u00fd.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">V roku <strong>1907<\/strong> sa technol\u00f3gia objavila v Eur\u00f3pe. Pravdepodobne prv\u00fdm Eur\u00f3panom, ktor\u00fd pou\u017eil p\u00e1sov\u00fa v\u00fdrobu sa st\u00e1va <strong>Ludwig Roselius<\/strong>. Jeho z\u00e1vod na v\u00fdrobu k\u00e1vy zv\u00fd\u0161il v\u010faka pou\u017eitiu nieko\u013ekon\u00e1sobne denn\u00fd obrat.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">P\u00e1sov\u00e1 v\u00fdroba za\u017eila ve\u013ek\u00fd zlom v roku 1913. <strong>Henry Ford<\/strong> zaviedol proces <strong>automatizovanej v\u00fdroby<\/strong> pri produkovan\u00ed legend\u00e1rneho automobilu <em>Ford Model-T<\/em>.\u00a0 Technologick\u00fd pokrok vzbudil ve\u013ek\u00fd z\u00e1ujem a priemyseln\u00e1 v\u00fdroba dostala nov\u00fd vietor do plachiet. Spomenut\u00fd model \u201eT\u201c je kr\u00e1snym pr\u00edkladom pokroku. P\u00f4vodn\u00e1 doba v\u00fdroby dvan\u00e1s\u0165 a pol hodiny sa stala minulos\u0165ou. Nov\u00fd \u010das bol <em>jedna hodina a tridsa\u0165tri min\u00fat<\/em>!<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Od 18. storo\u010dia po dne\u0161n\u00fa automatiz\u00e1ciu<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">P\u00f4vodn\u00e9 dreven\u00e9 kon\u0161trukcie potiahnut\u00e9 ko\u017eou, tkaninou alebo gumou s\u00fa dnes \u00fasmevnou spomienkou. Od minulosti sme pokro\u010dili k modernej v\u00fdrobe automobilov, preprave tovaru alebo spracovania k\u00e1vy. Rovnako ako v minulosti aj dne\u0161n\u00fd svet sa sna\u017e\u00ed <em>procesy automatizova\u0165<\/em>. Mont\u00e1\u017ena linka sa stala pokra\u010dovate\u013eom p\u00e1sovej v\u00fdroby. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jvmmetal.cz\/pasove-dopravniky\/\"><strong>P\u00e1sov\u00e9 dopravn\u00edky<\/strong><\/a> pou\u017e\u00edvame na prepravu materi\u00e1lov, komponentov a hotov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobkov a zni\u017eujeme n\u00e1klady. Zjednodu\u0161enie, odstr\u00e1nenie nam\u00e1havej pr\u00e1ce a \u010dasov\u00e1 efektivita patria medzi z\u00e1sadn\u00e9 prednosti tejto technol\u00f3gie. Od za\u010diatku vzniku prv\u00fdch dopravn\u00edkov u\u017e uplynula dlh\u00e1 doba. V\u00fdroba dopravn\u00edkov\u00fdch technol\u00f3gi\u00ed je ale st\u00e1le na vzostupe. Jej \u010fal\u0161iemu rozvoju napomohla <em>informa\u010dn\u00e1 revol\u00facia, nov\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly, rozvoj logistiky a v\u00fdpo\u010dtov\u00e1 technika<\/em>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>V dne\u0161nej dobe si v\u00fdrobn\u00e9 linky nedok\u00e1\u017eu predstavi\u0165 proces v\u00fdroby bez automatiz\u00e1cie.
